Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers who can connect with customers in a natural and empathetic way. The role is not just about selling, but about understanding customer problems, building trust, and helping them with our Ayurvedic male health product – Aarogya Purush (30 Days Complete Course).

Key Responsibilities:

Call and connect with leads generated via Facebook/Online Ads.

Verify the customer details politely (name, age, and issue).

Understand their health concerns by asking open-ended questions.

Build trust by listening, relating real-life patient examples, and offering guidance.

Avoid pushy sales; focus on helping first, product discussion later.

Handle objections with patience (e.g., trust issues with online products).

Maintain proper call records in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth order deliveries.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in Hindi + basic English.

Ability to make customers feel comfortable and open up.

Patience and empathy while handling sensitive health issues.

Basic computer/WhatsApp handling knowledge.

Confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
