We are looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Counsellor to join our team and help thousands of NEET aspirants and their families make informed decisions about MBBS admissions in India and abroad. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with the NEET process, seat matrix, government vs private college structures, and the admission procedures of both Indian and international medical universities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Counsel NEET aspirants and parents on MBBS admission options: Govt. colleges, private colleges, deemed universities, and foreign universities.

• Provide complete guidance on the NEET counseling process (AIQ & State Quota).

• Stay updated with the latest NEET seat availability, cut-offs, fee structures, and admission regulations.

• Maintain regular follow-up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.

• Assist students with documentation, form filling, college selection, and admission procedures.

• Organize webinars, seminars, and live sessions to educate aspirants.

• Maintain CRM and reporting tools to track student journeys and conversions.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Counseling, or Science background).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling (medical preferred).

• In-depth knowledge of NEET UG exams, MBBS admission procedures, and colleges in India and abroad.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).

• Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets, and video conferencing tools.
