Job Title: Customer Success Associate – Insurance Process

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Success Associates. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, advising them on the most suitable insurance products (Health, Motor, and Life). You’ll play a key role in building long-term customer relationships while growing your career in the booming insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential leads through outbound calls and provide product consultations.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

• Ensure timely and professional communication in both English and Hindi.

• Maintain high standards of customer experience with accuracy and empathy.

• Meet targets related to customer satisfaction and policy conversions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate from any stream.

• Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
  Candidates with prior experience in insurance or sales will be preferred.

• Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi, with no MTI/RTI, pronunciation, or grammar issues.

• Certifications: Must be Versant Level 6 Certified (will be tested during the process).

5. Client Round (Face-to-Face Interview at Pune Location)

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time (6 Days Working)

• Shift Timing:

  • Rotational shifts (Male candidates)

  • Day shifts up to 8 PM (Female candidates)

• Salary:

  • Freshers: Up to ₹20,000 CTC

  • Experienced: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (depending on last drawn and relevant experience)
