Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellor responsible for generating, handling, and converting student leads for professional courses such as Engineering, Medical, MBA, BBA, Pharmacy, and other UG/PG programs. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to guide students and parents effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, seminars, and marketing campaigns
Follow up with inquiries and maintain regular communication with students & parents
Explain admission processes, eligibility, entrance exams, and counselling procedures
Guide students in selecting suitable colleges and courses based on merit and interest
Maintain lead database and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with admission team for application and documentation support
Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events if required
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills -Marathi, Hindi, English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp follow-ups)
Positive attitude and professional behavior
