JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Business Development Executives to generate leads, build strong relationships, and drive admissions for our partner universities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and a passion for sales and targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Counsel and guide prospective students about programs, universities, and admission process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and education partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate in any discipline.
Sales experience preferred (Freshers with excellent communication and attitude may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel if required.
