Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
Address customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively.
Achieve daily targets while maintaining high service quality standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Sales-oriented, target-driven, and self-motivated attitude.
Willingness to work 9-hour rotational shifts (between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM).
Comfortable working on weekends and festivals (Comp-off provided).
