Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high client satisfaction, and driving business growth through service excellence, cross-selling, and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular interactions.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Understand customer needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

Handle and resolve customer issues, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, underwriting, claims, etc.) to resolve client concerns.

Promote insurance products, renewals, and add-on solutions based on customer profiles.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry regulations.

Achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship-building targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

Knowledge of insurance/financial products preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.

0–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, or Insurance domain.

Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
