Key Job Details


Process: International Voice (Inbound/Outbound Support)


Shift: Fixed US/Night Shift


Working Days: 5 Days a week (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off)


Salary: Best in industry + Performance Incentives


Responsibilities


Handle customer calls professionally to address queries, resolve issues, and provide end-to-end solutions.


Maintain clear communication, active listening, and strong customer relationship standards.


Accurately document call notes and update CRM records in real-time.


Meet defined SLA targets for quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.


Eligibility & Requirements


Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1+ years in Voice Process (Domestic or International Voice experience welcome).


Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.


Flexibility: Comfortable working regular night shifts.


Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant voice experience).
