Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to promote and sell insurance products over the phone to join our team at GO DIGIT . The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining policy features, and converting leads into customers while ensuring a seamless buying experience. the position offers a salary of ₹18,000 - ₹25,000.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads

  • Explain insurance products (motor, health, travel, etc.) clearly

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Assist customers with policy purchase and renewal (including direct renewals)

  • Handle customer queries and objections professionally

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM systems

  • Follow up with prospects to close sales


🧠 Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)

  • Good convincing and negotiation skills

  • Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred)

  • Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools


🎓 Qualifications

  • Minimum: 12th pass / Any Graduate

  • Prior telesales or insurance sales experience is a plus
