Job Summary

JPrime Buildcon LLP is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers with experience in Real Estate or CP Office operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating customer interest, scheduling client site visits, and maintaining regular follow-ups with leads.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, convincing ability, and the capability to coordinate client line-ups for project site visits.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally

· Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers to prospective clients

· Generate and maintain lead database

· Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers

· Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits

· Make proper line-up for client visits on project sites

· Coordinate with Sales Team for client visit management

· Maintain daily calling reports and follow-up records

· Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

· Build strong customer relationships and maintain positive communication

· Follow up with old and new leads to increase conversion opportunities

· Coordinate with Channel Partners (CP) if required

· Achieve daily/weekly calling and site visit targets

Candidate Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling or CP Office Work

· Good communication and convincing skills

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling preferred

· Ability to handle customer follow-ups independently

· Strong coordination and interpersonal skills

· Female candidates preferred (if applicable)

· Immediate joiners preferred

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
