Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, handle client concerns, and contribute to long-term business growth through excellent service and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate customer records and reports
Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements
Support sales and marketing teams to enhance customer retention
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted as per requirement)
