Job Title: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

Language Requirements
English: Fluent verbal and written communication (Mandatory).
Regional Language: Professional proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
Hindi
Tamil
Malayalam
Kannada
Educational Qualification
Graduate: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (e.g., B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc).
Note: B.Tech and BE graduates are not eligible for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Call assigned customers regularly.
Give excellent service online and over the phone.
Understand customer needs and suggest right products.
Answer queries and solve complaints quickly.
Help customers use digital banking apps.
Keep customer notes updated in the system.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
Sales & Portfolio
Meet monthly sales and portfolio targets.
Sell extra products like credit cards, loans, and insurance.
Find new sales opportunities by checking customer profiles.
Check customer eligibility before selling any product.
Handle customer transactions safely and accurately.
Process & Compliance
Save all customer call details in the database.
Follow all bank rules and government regulations.
Keep all customer data secure and private.
Salary Structure
Freshers (0 Experience): ₹20,000 CTC per month | ₹16,000 Take-Home
1 Year Experience: ₹21,000 CTC per month | ₹17,000 Take-Home
2 Years Experience: ₹22,000 CTC per month | ₹18,000 Take-Home
