The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling follow-ups, and supporting sales and service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Follow up with customers after vehicle sales and service visits.
Schedule service appointments and remind customers about due services.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Collect customer feedback and update CRM systems accurately.
Maintain customer records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Ensure adherence to company and OEM customer satisfaction standards.
