Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bringing in sales.

2. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

3. Ensuring quality service by following the organisation standards

4. Call Center Sales

5. Work directly with any Customers/Clients via phone in order to persuade them to buy any product.

Previous Experience of Call Center Sales (Any Product), selling Holiday Packages is an added advantage

Job Requirements:

● Should be very dynamic

● Aggressive in his work and sales approach

● Needs to have good communication skills

● Preference if the candidate has experience of retail counter sales/hospitality etc

● Needs to be flexible in terms of extended working hours

● Needs to be a good team player

● Should be clear in his/her thoughts

● Needs to be committed & dedicated

● Needs to have a scalability factor as a future prospect.

Designation : Customer Relationship Executive

Location : Lower Parel

Experience : Any candidate with minimum 6 Month of experience working in a Sales Process. (Any Industry would do)

Qualification : HSC with min 6 month of experience or Any Graduates from reputed University/Institute

Working Days : 1 Rotational week off

Shift Timings : Flexible (any 9 hrs between 8 am to 8 pm)
