We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Nextgen Group. Serve as the main point of contact, building rapport through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and meetings.

Convert leads into sales, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.

Implement initiatives to improve customer loyalty and drive repeat business.

Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and conflict resolution abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and CRM
