•Make Inbound & Outbound calls to potential clients to promote auditing and consulting services.
•Follow up with existing clients to maintain and expand relationships.
•Ensure all client inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
•Schedule appointments or meetings for clients with senior auditors or team members.
•Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, research, and networking.
•Update client and lead databases with relevant information and track call progress.
•Provide clear and accurate information about auditing services, pricing, and other offerings.
•Address client concerns and assist in resolving any issues they might have regarding services or processes.
•Work closely with the sales and auditing teams to ensure seamless client experience.
•Provide feedback from clients to help improve services and client engagement strategies.
