Job Description:
The primary focus of this role is to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the company by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the services being sold.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential prospects, nurture warm leads, and conduct follow-ups.
Showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company's services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Understand their needs and provide solutions that align with their business objectives.
Negotiate terms & pricing with clients. Handle objections and overcome barriers to close deals in a timely manner.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company. Continuously monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Document and update interactions with prospects, lead status, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.
Desired Candidate Skill:
Should have a deep understanding of sales techniques, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
Excellent communication skills are crucial for a Sales Executive. Should be able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. Active listening skills are also essential to understand customer needs and address them effectively.
Should be skilled at establishing rapport, demonstrating empathy, and fostering trust with customers.
Relationship-building skills extend to internal collaboration, working effectively with colleagues from different teams.
Should be comfortable adopting and utilizing technology to enhance sales processes, track customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
