We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Executive to drive sales for premium housing projects. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful closures while ensuring excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound sales calls
Coordinate and manage site visits
Generate, follow up, and convert leads into sales
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable housing options
Maintain client relationships from enquiry to closure
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Eligibility:
1+ years of experience in sales/customer relationship (real estate preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and customer-focused approach
