Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to handle client engagement, lead follow-ups, and site visit coordination for residential property projects. You will be the main point of contact between clients, developers, and our sales team, from first inquiry through booking and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up on inquiries and leads from various sources, and qualify them by budget, location, and requirement

  • Schedule and coordinate site visits and client meetings with developers and project teams

  • Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM and update status daily

  • Share project details, pricing, offers, and brochures with clients

  • Coordinate with developers’ sales teams on bookings, documentation, and payment schedules

  • Provide post-sales support to clients, including follow-ups on payments, documentation, and possession updates

  • Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, visits, and conversions

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate CRM, telecalling, or sales coordination.

    • Good knowledge of the Mumbai residential market.

    • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

    • Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

    • Ability to handle follow-ups independently and meet targets

    • Graduate in any discipline
