Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job Location: ghansoli
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Off)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
Facilities: Pick-up & Drop Service Provided

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, messages, and inquiries professionally.
Provide product/service information to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update system data.
Follow up with customers for feedback and support.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
Ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Marathi preferred).
