Annual CTC Range: 3.50 Lacs to 4.25 Lacs + incentives
Interview rounds: 1st round HR (Telephonic/ virtual), 2nd round - in office with team leader, 3rd round with team manager, 04th round with vertical head
Shift Job : Calling window starts from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm window and Saturday is working
Key Responsibilities
· Perform pre-login verification of life insurance proposals received from sales channels.
· Check and validate proposal forms, KYC documents, income proofs, age proofs, and medical requirements.
· Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and internal underwriting policies.
· Identify discrepancies, missing information, or fraudulent indicators and escalate as required.
· Coordinate with sales teams, relationship managers, and underwriting for document clarification.
· Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) and quality benchmarks.
· Update and manage proposal status in the core insurance system.
· Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for audit purposes
· Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy..
