Startek is hiring Customer Support Executives for the State Bank of India (SBI) customer service process.
Handle inbound customer calls related to SBI banking queries and service requests.
Provide accurate information on accounts, cards, transactions, and banking services.
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system.
Follow company guidelines, quality standards, and compliance policies.
Eligibility: Any graduate or undergraduate with excellent communication skills.
Mandatory fluency in Hindi and English (spoken).
Freshers welcome – Salary: ₹23,000 CTC per month.
