Make outbound calls to patients or clients for appointment reminders, feedback collection, and service promotions.
Handle inbound inquiries related to hospital services, doctor availability, and consultation timings.
Update and maintain patient records in the system accurately.
Coordinate with various departments (Doctor’s office, Labs, Pharmacy, etc.) for scheduling or service updates.
Follow up on patient leads, health check-up packages, or pending reports.
Provide accurate information on medical services, health packages, and wellness programs.
Record and report daily call activities to the supervisor.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
Escalate patient concerns to the appropriate department for resolution.
