We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our outbound calling team focused on the US market. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce company offerings, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This is strictly night shift (6:30pm-3:30am) and work from home job. Candidate must have a system/laptop with proper internet connection.
Responsibilities: Introduce products/services and create interest among potential customers.
Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria (such as need, budget, and authority).
Schedule appointments or pass warm leads to the sales team.
Maintain and update detailed records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
Meet daily and monthly lead generation and call volume targets.
Follow up on previous calls and nurture interested leads.
Work strictly in alignment with US time zones (night shifts).
Ensure professionalism and compliance with company and client guidelines. Keep the call business-focused and avoid oversharing.(like sharing of personal information or personal contact etc.)
