Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers and handle inbound inquiries.
Present, explain, and sell company products/services, including upselling/cross-selling.
Generate leads and identify customer needs.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Follow sales scripts and provide feedback on market trends.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
