Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding credit card services.
Explain credit card features, benefits, and special offers in a clear and effective manner.
Convince customers to apply for credit cards tailored to their financial needs.
Address customer queries and provide accurate, helpful information.
Maintain detailed records of customer calls and update the CRM system with customer details.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets as set by the company.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Fresher’s are welcome.
Education: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic understanding of banking and financial services.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 (CTC)
Incentives: Based on performance.
