About the Role:

We are hiring fresh graduates with strong communication skills for the position of Loan Origination Officer in our Tele Sales – Mortgage division. This role is based at our Bopal, Ahmedabad office and offers a great opportunity to start your career in the banking and financial services sector.

As a Loan Officer, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, setting appointments for the field team, and supporting the loan application process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a dialer to promote home loan products.

• Generate appointments and assign leads to field officers for follow-ups and visits.

• Coordinate with the field team for customer visits, document collection, and status updates.

• Track loan file progress till document submission to credit and serial number generation.

• Maintain 9 hours daily login time with minimum 3.5 hours talk time.

• Attend scheduled weekly feedback and review sessions.

• Ensure high-quality conversations by demonstrating:

  • Accuracy in information

  • Deep product knowledge

  • Effective customer profiling

  • Good objection handling

  • CRM/LMS data entry

  • TAT (Turn-Around-Time) commitment

  • Strong soft skills

• Support field sales team by:

  • Making timely follow-up calls

  • Coordinating effectively with assigned sales officers

  • Sharing and receiving customer feedback

• Keep up-to-date with internal products, policies, and competitor offerings.

• Generate customer references to help increase business opportunities.

• Maintain basic floor hygiene and follow organizational conduct standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a Graduate in any stream.

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Basic computer and CRM handling skills will be an added advantage.
