Job Description:

We are hiring experienced professionals for Collection roles. Candidates should have strong team handling skills and experience in debt collection processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and handle collection team performance
Ensure monthly recovery targets are achieved
Monitor daily calling & follow-ups
Train and guide team members
Maintain reports and MIS
Handle escalations and improve recovery rate

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum experience in collection (TL / Manager role)
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Strong leadership and team handling ability
Target-oriented mindset
