📣 Hiring: Collection Executive / Tele-Collection Officer📍 Location:💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month🧑‍🎓 Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)🧑‍💼 Experience: 0–3 years (NBFC/BFSI Collections, Tele-calling, BPO)🔑 Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs while following RBI-compliant collection practices.- Remind customers about outstanding dues, EMI dates, penalties, and consequences of non-payment.- Convince and negotiate with customers to make timely payments and regularize accounts.- Provide correct payment options (UPI links, online banking, field agent cash collection).- Identify high-risk or unreachable customers and escalate to the field collections team.- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, PTPs (Promise to Pay), and commitments.- Resolve queries related to loan statements, bounce charges, repayment schedules, etc.- Coordinate with credit/operations teams on disputes, settlements, and waiver requests.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets assigned by the NBFC.- Ensure all interactions are recorded correctly in CRM/collection software.- Follow NBFC & RBI guidelines on call timings, anti-harassment, and communication standards.*Interested contact us on Umeshha Sir 9167745741*
