Mahamaya Spaces Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Pre-Sales team. This role involves telecalling, engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and assisting the sales team in driving real estate sales opportunities.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company projects.
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, online inquiries, and databases.
Maintain and update lead information in the system.
Conduct initial telephonic discussions to understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets.
Build a positive rapport with prospects to create interest in the project.
Provide accurate and clear information about available properties.
Explain key features, amenities, pricing, and benefits.
Address basic queries and arrange follow-ups.
Schedule site visits for interested clients and coordinate with the sales team.
Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into qualified prospects.
