About us

Jewel Casa is a B2B jewellery platform connecting retail jewellers with 90+ manufacturers. Jewel Saathi, our software suite, helps jewellers go digital with a website, mobile app, order and karigar management, WhatsApp selling, and gold-silver savings tracking.

Responsibilities

• Call warm leads daily — website, WhatsApp/Meta campaigns and field-sales referrals

• Run live screen-share demos tailored to each jeweller's business

• Handle objections, share proposals, follow up and close deals

• Log every call, demo and outcome in the CRM the same day

• Hand closed deals to onboarding with complete notes

Requirements

• 1–4 years in tele-sales or inside sales, with experience closing deals

• Confident running online demos and explaining software simply

• Fluent Hindi and working English; Gujarati or Marathi a plus

• SaaS / POS / billing software sales or jewellery-trade exposure preferred
