Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and tech-savvy Career Counsellor & Program Guide to help individuals navigate their career growth paths by choosing the right upskilling programs – from IT certifications. The ideal candidate will guide freshers into the IT industry and working professionals into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with prospective students (fresh graduates and corporate professionals) to understand their career goals and suggest suitable training or MBA programs.
Counsel candidates on available IT technical courses (e.g., DBA, Middleware, Data Analytics, Data Science)
Conduct one-on-one sessions, webinars, and virtual orientations to explain program benefits, career outcomes, and admissions processes.
Support candidates through the enrollment lifecycle – from enquiry to admission and onboarding.
Maintain follow-ups via phone, email, or WhatsApp for leads, counseling sessions, and documentation.
Coordinate with academic teams, trainers, and university representatives as needed.
Update CRM and prepare reports on counseling metrics and conversion rates.
Stay informed about current job trends in IT and management sectors to provide relevant guidance.

Educational Qualification:
