Score calls based on pre-defined quality parameters and provide constructive feedback to agents.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Work closely with Team Leaders and Training teams to align on quality standards and training needs.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on quality trends and agent performance.
Participate in calibration sessions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scoring consistency.
