Job Description – Customer Relationship Representative

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Relationship Executives. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, handling inquiries, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales. You will be responsible for promoting company products and services via calls, emails, and other communication channels while staying updated on product features and industry trends for effective pitching.

Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekly offs.

Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass/graduate, fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil or Telugu, with excellent communication and persuasive skills. Prior telesales or customer service experience is preferred.
