Call Centre BPO Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic female Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and providing information about our products/services. A minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.

• Handle incoming customer queries efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a proper follow-up system.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.

• Build a positive relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for closing leads.

• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and challenges.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in telecalling/customer service/sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
