Role Summary
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers for loan products, generate and qualify leads, explain product features and benefits, handle objections, convince customers, and close sales while strictly achieving daily and monthly targets, maintaining regular follow-ups, and updating call records in the system. This is a target-based outbound sales role. The candidate will be responsible for pitching loan products over calls, converting leads into sales, and consistently achieving assigned targets.
