Job Description: Call Center Executive – Voice Process (Sales)

​## Salary & Benefits
​Salary Range: ₹2.4 LPA to ₹2.75 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
​Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable (As per sales conversions)
​Working Days: 6 Days a Week
​Shift Window: 9-hour shift between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
​Holiday Policy: Work on weekends, public holidays, and festivals will be compensated with complimentary offs (Comp-off).
​## Responsibilities (काम की ज़िम्मेदारियाँ)
​Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for inquiries and convert them into sales and customer engagement.
​Convert leads into successful sales with persuasive and customer-focused communication.
​Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
​Follow scripts and call handling protocols to maintain consistency and quality.
​Update call logs, lead status, and feedback accurately in the system.
​Resolve customer objections or queries effectively.
​Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and weekly goals.
​Attend training sessions and implement feedback to improve performance.
​## Requirements & Skills (योग्यता और स्किल्स)
​Experience: Fresher to 3 years of experience in a voice-based call center (Sales experience preferred).
​Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
​Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi (Both are mandatory).
​Sales Skills: Strong communication and selling skills with the ability to drive high conversions.
​Flexibility: Willingness to work in 9-hour shifts (between 7 AM to 10 PM) and work on weekends/holidays when required.
​Traits: Target-driven, self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
