We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to process customer inquiries and orders.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and CRM updates.
Track orders from receipt to delivery and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with operations, accounts, logistics, and other departments for order fulfillment.
Follow up with customers regarding payments, deliveries, and feedback.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets through administrative support.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and client visits for the sales team.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and related records.
Support management with sales presentations and business reports.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
