Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable home interior solutions.
• Generate and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with interior designers and project teams to ensure an excellent customer
experience.
• Conduct site visits, apartment activities, and residence visits to generate business.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships.
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience.
• Candidates from the following industries are preferred:
o Education (EdTech)
o Real Estate
o Interior Design / Home Furnishing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Target-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Weekly Off: Tuesday (Fixed)
• Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Notice Period
• Immediate Joiners Preferred.
