Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in the corporate gifting space
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand client requirements and provide customized gifting solutions
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams for product sourcing, pricing, and execution
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends, seasonal demand, and competitor activities
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
- 5–10 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in gifting, retail, or FMCG)
- Strong network of corporate clients is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
