Job Description

Business Development Associate: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to drive revenue growth by researching target markets, generating leads, conducting outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn, qualifying prospects using BANT, and scheduling meetings for senior sales representatives. The role includes maintaining CRM records, preparing sales proposals and presentations, tracking performance metrics, and sharing market insights. Candidates should have strong communication skills, good research ability, and a target-driven mindset; prior experience in sales or business development is preferred. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM. Salary will be competitive with incentives based on performance. Location: Vahlay Consulting INC, B 706, Dev Aurum Commercial Complex, Nr. Deer Circle, Anandnagar Road, Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380015.
