Namma Bengaluru Estates is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives (BDE) / Telecallers to join our growing real estate team.

We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions with attractive salary and high incentive potential.

Salary & Incentives

Salary up ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 (In-Hand) - Based on Experience
Incentives up to ₹1,00,000+ per month
Performance-based growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound & inbound calls related to property inquiries
Generate and follow up on real estate leads
Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to potential clients
Maintain accurate data and update CRM regularly
Fix site visit appointments for sales managers
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and sales team
Maintain confidentiality of client data

Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Degree
Excellent communication skills (Kannada & English preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle multiple leads efficiently
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
