Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound calls/emails

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Pitch products/services to clients in a persuasive and professional manner

• Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities

• Follow up with clients and maintain strong post-sales relationships

• Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management

• Meet weekly/monthly targets and KPIs set by the sales team

• Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s products and services

• Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to enhance customer engagement

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per team diversity goals)

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Confidence in client interaction and presentations

• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus
