Job Title: Telesales Executive – Legal Services

Location: Sector 63 Noida
Department: Sales / Business Development
Experience Required: 1–3 years (Preferably in Legal Service Provider / Compliance Firm)


Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive with prior experience in a Legal Service Provider firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining legal services to potential clients, and converting prospects into customers through effective telephonic communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential and existing clients via phone to explain legal services such as company registration, GST, trademark, compliance filings, documentation, etc.

  • Generate leads and follow up on inquiries received through marketing channels.

  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable legal solutions.

  • Maintain and update client database in CRM.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Coordinate with the legal and documentation team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

  • Handle client objections and provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and process.

  • Maintain proper follow-up and relationship management with clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 1–3 years of telesales experience in a Legal Service Provider, Law Firm, or Compliance Consultancy.

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.

  • Knowledge of legal services such as company incorporation, GST registration, trademark filing, compliance, etc.

  • Ability to achieve sales targets.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

  • Good negotiation and closing skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales.

  • Understanding of Indian legal and compliance processes.

  • Strong follow-up and client handling abilities.
