Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or lead lists.

  • Identify and qualify prospects based on set criteria (industry, need, budget, decision-maker availability).

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM.

2. Sales Conversion

  • Present and promote products/services to potential customers through telephonic interaction.

  • Follow up with prospects via calls/emails to move them through the sales funnel.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience during the pre-sales process.

  • Maintain up-to-date client records in CRM.

4. Product Knowledge & Pitching

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products/services.

  • Customize pitch based on customer’s needs and pain points.

  • Handle basic objections and queries confidently during calls.

5. Reporting & Feedback

  • Submit daily call reports, lead status updates, and sales closures to the manager.

  • Share market feedback, competitor intelligence, and customer insights.

  • Participate in weekly review meetings.

6. Collaboration

  • Coordinate with the field sales/marketing team to pass on qualified leads.

  • Work with marketing to support campaigns and promotions via outbound calling.
