The Academic Counselor will guide students in selecting suitable courses, provide accurate information about programs, and support them through the enrollment process. The role requires strong communication skills, student handling, and a passion for guiding learners toward their education goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Counsel students about courses, career paths, and program benefits.

Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs.

Handle walk-ins, leads, phone inquiries, and follow-ups.

Explain course details, fees, duration, and outcomes clearly.

Maintain student records and update CRM regularly.

Achieve enrollment targets and ensure high conversion rates.

Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding.

Provide support to students during admission and initial documentation.

Build strong rapport with students and ensure a positive counseling experience.
