Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Sales

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, social media, and other outreach methods.

  • Present, promote, and sell trading and stock market courses to prospective students/customers.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Understand customer learning needs and recommend suitable courses.

  • Provide after-sales support, handle customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotions with sales goals.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Basic understanding of stock market and trading concepts (training will be provided).

  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.

  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
