1. Client Acquisition: Call potential clients and generate interest in our services.
Service Upselling & CRM: Upsell additional services and maintain client records in CRM.
Performance Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators.
Consultative Sales: Employ a consultative selling approach to understand client needs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and research teams for client success.
Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional post-sales support and follow-ups.
Required Skills
1. Communication: Excellent English with 2 regional languages or Excellent English with Hindi.
Customer Focus: Customer-focused approach.
Pressure Handling: Ability to perform under pressure.
Problem Solving: Problem-solving mindset.
