Location: Gurgaon | Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday Off)
Languages: Hindi & English (Mandatory) + Any one of Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Inside Sales Executive to handle outbound & inbound sales, engage customers, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calls, chats & emails to acquire and retain customers.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct follow-ups, understand customer needs, and close deals.
Maintain lead data using CRM & Excel.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
Graduate with 1–2 years’ experience in B2B/B2C Inside Sales or Business Development.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Strong communication in Hindi & English; South Indian language is a plus.
Proficient in CRM tools and Excel.
Energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
