Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B)
Location: Gurgaon | Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday Off)
Languages: Hindi & English (Mandatory) + Any one of Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil
Experience: 1–2 years

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive/Inside Sales Executive to handle outbound & inbound sales, engage customers, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls, chats & emails to acquire and retain customers.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Conduct follow-ups, understand customer needs, and close deals.

  • Maintain lead data using CRM & Excel.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 1–2 years’ experience in B2B/B2C Inside Sales or Business Development.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

  • Strong communication in Hindi & English; South Indian language is a plus.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Excel.

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
