Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for real estate projects
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options
Share project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers over calls & WhatsApp
Schedule site visits with the field sales team (no field work required)
Maintain and update customer data in CRM / Excel
Build strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures
Key Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales / telesales (real estate preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi Strong convincing and follow-up skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp Business
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
